Michael Iantosca is Senior Director of Knowledge Platforms and Engineering at Avalara and a pioneer in structured content with more than four decades at the intersection of content and technology. After a 38-year career at IBM, where he founded the team behind the DITA standard and helped build early scalable content platforms, he now leads the integration of AI and agentive systems into the modern content lifecycle at Avalara.
