Introducing FAIRTerm 2.0: A web application for FAIR terminology management

This article summarizes the IUNTC Meeting on December 4, 2025, where Dr Federica Vezzani from the University of Padova presented on the updated version of FAIRTerm, a web-based terminology management system designed to implement FAIR principles for terminological data.

The main goal of FAIRTerm is to provide a user-friendly environment for creating and managing concept-oriented terminology resources that are technically compliant with the FAIR principles – findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability – which originate in the European Open Science Cloud and in wider open science policies.
