Introducing FAIRTerm 2.0: A web application for FAIR terminology management

The main goal of FAIRTerm is to provide a user-friendly environment for creating and managing concept-oriented terminology resources that are technically compliant with the FAIR principles – findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability – which originate in the European Open Science Cloud and in wider open science policies.
 

The FAIR terminology paradigm and motivation

At the beginning of the talk, the FAIR terminology paradigm developed during previous doctoral research was introduced. The core idea was to adapt the FAIR data principles, originally defined for research data in general, to the specific case of terminological resources.
