After several years of being a technical communicator with telecom companies, she applied her experience as an independent content strategist. She is also an accredited UX practitioner and Cognitive Edge consultant. She has worked on over 100 projects of ever-increasing complexity for clients on five continents. She is also a university lecturer, workshop leader, industry author, and conference speaker.
