Daniela Fleck works as a terminologist at Philips. Since 2010, she has been responsible for the establishment and implementation of terminology management processes and their integration into existing Philips infrastructures. She is identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for active content governance to enable a consistent, scalable, reproducible, and machine-measurable content quality – one of the key ingredients for a great customer experience.
