Quan Zhou is Professor and Chair of the Department of Technical Communication and Interaction Design at Metropolitan State University in the Twin Cities, USA. He also directs the Graduate Certificate in Design of User Experience. Quan's current research focuses on the impact of cognitive biases on information design.
