We have redesigned and completely revised tcworld.info, the English language online magazine for international information management, and adapted it to suit the requirements of the “social web”. This article describes the most important new features.

The Graphic User Interface (GUI)
The existing GUI remains mostly unchanged. Typography and layout have been modernized to make it visually more appealing, and to ensure a pleasant browsing experience. The navigation column on the left side now has references to the latest three articles. We have also cleared up the site a bit, to give it a less cluttered feel.
New Functions
Full text search: Finally, you can now search through the contents of tcworld.info. The hit list is sorted according to the main topics, making it easier for you to spot the articles that interest you.
"Social Web": We have strengthened your role as an active reader. You can now recommend the article to others through social tags or discuss the article with the new comment function. tekom members can log in directly with their "My tekom" access data.
You are not yet a tekom member, but would like to read one or more articles in full? Then you have the opportunity to register on the internet portal of the technical journal 'tcworld' without obligation. Once you have registered, you can select any three specialist articles and view them in full for a period of two months. The selection will then be deleted and you can select three new articles for the next two months.
