The company revenues that contribute heavily to this global number are detailed in a new research report published by independent market research firm Common Sense Advisory, <link http: www.tcworld.info http www.commonsenseadvisory.com>“Top 15 Interpreting Companies: 2013.” Leading the ranking list is LanguageLine Solutions (LLS), followed by Cyracom, both US-based interpreting companies.

Revenue numbers demonstrate a continued pattern of growth for the industry. “Immigrants, leisure travelers, and international business people will put ever more pressure on courts, hospitals, hotels, and other commercial and government services to let them communicate in their own language,” commented report lead analyst, Vijayalaxmi Hegde.

Hegde said that though on-site and telephone interpreting continue to be the leading services in this industry, video remote interpreting has begun to show immense potential. Companies from the United States, Sweden, and the United Kingdom have traditionally dominated the interpreting business and this year has been no different. Two Asian companies also appear on the ranking. <link http: www.commonsenseadvisory.com>www.commonsenseadvisory.com
